“The War For Greatness”
Greet People
Well it seems the years are moving faster than ever.
What a joy and blessing for Betty and I to have
ministered together with such an awesome group of
people. We love you and we pray for you daily.
We believe that God has positioned us to make a
difference in this region. As I have said for years this
church has plowed a path to Christ that previously
excluded people deemed unacceptable by religious
standards. What an awesome God that continues to
honor and humble us with His presence. It is not a
coincidence that He is faithful in this area. He is
strengthening us, encouraging us, establishing us,
redeeming us, loving us with His unconditional love.
By His Kingdom authority that He has vested in me,
and you as well. I want to speak a blessing over you and
your families. “May the richness of His favor and the
joy of His presence bring you peace and unity; In
Jesus Name”Page 2
I want to share some thoughts today titled, “The War
For Greatness”
I have shared many times that everything we need to
live in victory. Live in Kingdom authority. Live
redeemed and fulfilled because of the story of Christ.
When Christ ascended the Spirit came to lead, guide,
reveal, fill, and confirm everything that the Bible says;
as well as the universal and individual mission of the
church and its members.
There is nothing else that God can do to establish His
kingdom in our lives, and give us the full authority of
His Finished Work.
“Here comes an indisputable truth”
There is a war that goes on for greatness. There is a
price that must be paid to achieve the greatness of God
in any area of life and ministry.
“God has provided everything we need. The war for
greatness is not between us and God, It is between us
and us.”Page 3
Buckle your seat belts!!!
Let me confirm what I have just said.
John 1:12-13 NASB
12 But as many as received Him, to them He gave the
right to become children of God, even to those who
believe in His name,
13 who were born, not of blood nor of the will of the
flesh nor of the will of man, but of God.
Verse 13 Amplified
who were born, not of blood natural conception, nor of
the will of the flesh physical impulse, nor of the will of
man that of a natural father, but of God that is, a divine
and supernatural birth—they are born of God—
spiritually transformed, renewed, sanctified.

Proverbs 16:1-3 NASB
1 The plans of the heart belong to man, But the answer
of the tongue is from the L ORD .
2 All the ways of a man are clean in his own sight, But
the L ORD weighs the motives.
3 Commit your works to the L ORD And your plans will
be established.
What is Solomon telling us?Page 4
Verse 1-Keep what is in your heart to yourself. Only
speak the words that God has approved.
Verse 2-You may think you have all the answers but
God measures your decisions by your motives.
Verse3-Classic Amplified
Roll your works upon the Lord commit and trust them
wholly to Him; He will cause your thoughts to become
agreeable to His will, and so shall your plans be
established and succeed.
The Apostle Paul mirrored the wisdom of Solomon
when He wrote to the Corinthian church.
2 Corinthians 3:5 AMP
Not that we are sufficiently qualified in ourselves to
claim anything as coming from us, but our sufficiency
and qualifications come from God.
It will never be about our qualifications, our talents or
abilities. It will always be about the provision that God
gives us to accomplish the purpose He has given us.
Preach-“It is Christ in us the hope of Glory”Page 5
Galatians 5:16-17 NASB
16 But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not carry
out the desire of the flesh.
17 For the flesh sets its desire against the Spirit, and the
Spirit against the flesh; for these are in opposition to one
another, so that you may not do the things that you
please.
Verse 16 has some words that need attention from their
Greek beginnings. “walk is translated, to make one’s
way, to make due use of opportunities. Spirit, the way
which will emphasize His personality and character.
Carry out or fulfill, means to bring to a close, to end.
Lust or desire, means to desire, crave, or long for what
is forbidden. Flesh, means our human nature apart from
divine influence.
Preach-There is a war going on. A war for our
attention. A war for our character. A war for our
opportunities. A war that is often fought in the heavenly
realm. There is a war fighting our ability to love, to
forgive, to pray kingdom prayers.
There is a war for greatness and it touches every area
of our lives.Page 6
“It’s not a war with God, not even with Satan. It is a
war with us.”
Galatians 5:17 Amplified
For the sinful nature has its desire which is opposed to
the Spirit, and the desire of the Spirit opposes the sinful
nature; for these two, the sinful nature and the Spirit are
in direct opposition to each other continually in
conflict, so that you as believers do not always do
whatever good things you want to do.
By the Spirit and the word we have been advised.
Romans 13:14 NASB
But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision
for the flesh in regard to its lusts.
Amplified
But clothe yourselves with the Lord Jesus Christ, and
make no provision for nor even think about gratifying
the flesh in regard to its improper desires.
Preach-Put on, clothe, means to sink into.
Become one with Him!!!!!

“Destiny Empowered”
Greet People
Betty and I are so thankful for the grace and presence of
God in our lives and in this church. Amazing Life has
been on the cutting edge in this area since its inception.
Not because of me or any individual. It is because of
God and the anointing of His revealed word.
There is nothing deeper than the story of Jesus. His life,
death, resurrection, and ascension are what the Bible is
all about. It is the beginning, the end, and everything in
between. If not for His story the Bible would simply be
an interesting historical record with little relevance for
today. From the beginning His destiny was to redeem
God’s people. He would live, die, resurrect, and ascend
fulfilling hundreds of OT prophesies. He sits at the right
hand of the Father because He fulfilled His destiny.
Let me explain destiny and the confusion some have
with it. {Some think life has no meaning or purpose}
“Heaven or Hell” What an empty hole in someone’s
life. No purpose or process, just waiting to die.Page 2
Many others will die not having the opportunity to
know Jesus because of people who believe they have no
Godly destiny on earth. Please pray God’s love to
intervene in their hopelessness of life.
Life is a gift. I refuse to believe that I was born, or you
were born, just to die with nothing in between. I was
born to live, to dream, to walk in a living purpose
towards a living destiny. Anything else is not
acceptable. Anything else is an insult to the greatness of
God.
I want to share some thoughts today titled, “Destiny
Empowered”
Before we can ever accomplish the things God has
established for us, we must understand what He has
done for us. We must understand the power He has
invested in us.
Jesus put the power of Kingdom Authority in very
simple terms when He said this. These remarkably
powerful statements from Christ are found throughout
the Gospels.Page 3
John 16:33 AMPC
I have told you these things, so that in Me you may have
perfect peace and confidence. In the world you have
tribulation and trials and distress and frustration; but be
of good cheer take courage; be confident, certain,
undaunted! For I have overcome the world. I have
deprived it of power to harm you and have conquered it
for you.
Preach-Nothing can hinder your destiny
The Apostle Paul consistently reminded his churches
and his followers of the life that Christ came to give us.
One awesome example is found in his letter to the
church at Rome.
Romans 8:31-39 NASB
31 What then shall we say to these things? If God is for
us, who is against us?
32 He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered
Him over for us all, how will He not also with Him
freely give us all things? “Freely Give?”
33 Who will bring a charge against God’s elect? God is
the one who justifies.Page 4
34 who is the one who condemns? Christ Jesus is He
who died, yes, rather who was raised, who is at the right
hand of God, who also intercedes for us.
35 Who will separate us from the love of Christ? Will
tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or
nakedness, or peril, or sword?
36 Just as it is written, “F OR Y OUR SAKE WE ARE BEING
PUT TO DEATH ALL DAY LONG ; W E WERE CONSIDERED
AS SHEEP TO BE SLAUGHTERED .” Psalms 44:22
37 But in all these things we overwhelmingly conquer
through Him who loved us. “Not Just Conquer”
38 For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor
angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things
to come, nor powers,
39 nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing,
will be able to separate us from the love of God, which
is in Christ Jesus our Lord. “Are You convinced?”
Preach-What an awesome word
With this kind of backing what could possible stop me,
you, or anyone from completing the process and
walking out their destiny?
Probably the most common reason is the lack of hunger
for the things of God.
Jesus said.Page 5
Matthew 6:33 Amplified
But first and most importantly seek aim at, strive after
His kingdom and His righteousness His way of doing
and being right—the attitude and character of God, and
all these things will be given to you also.
Preach
I often look to the OT for revelation of the church and
the things God planned by the coming of Christ. Ezekiel
34 is one such chapter of the amazing restoration of
God’s people. You need to read the entire chapter when
you can.
Ezekiel 34:23-27 NASB
23 “Then I will set over them one shepherd, My servant
David, and he will feed them; he will feed them himself
and be their shepherd. “see written notes”
24 And I, the L ORD , will be their God, and My servant
David will be prince among them; I the L ORD have
spoken.
25 “I will make a covenant of peace with them and
eliminate harmful beasts from the land so that they may
live securely in the wilderness and sleep in the woods.
(Covenant of peace is referring to peace with God.
Restored to a relationship of love and grace)Page 6
26 I will make them and the places around My hill a
blessing. “God intends His people to be a blessing to
their world” And I will cause showers to come down in
their season; they will be showers of blessing.
27 Also the tree of the field will yield its fruit and the
earth will yield its increase, and they will be secure on
their land. Then they will know that I am the L ORD ,
when I have broken the bars of their yoke and have
delivered them from the hand of those who enslaved
them.
“delivered from our sins and our past; and the fear of
death”
Preach—– “When you become a blessing to others,
and walk in the blessings of God, people will know the
Lord.”
What confidence we can have when we know and
understand the plan of God for our redemption and for
our Kingdom empowerment. His grace and love is
everlasting. There is nothing that can keep you from His
amazing love.
“4 quick verses to end this today.”Page 7
Also an OT chapter that is prophetic of the Messiah.
Isaiah 54:7-10 NASB
7 “For a brief moment I forsook you, But with great
compassion I will gather you.
8 “In an outburst of anger I hid My face from you for a
moment, But with everlasting lovingkindness I will
have compassion on you,” Says the L ORD your
Redeemer.
9 “For this is like the days of Noah to Me, When I
swore that the waters of Noah Would not flood the earth
again; So I have sworn that I will not be angry with you
Nor will I rebuke you.
10 “For the mountains may be removed and the hills
may shake, But My lovingkindness will not be removed
from you, And My covenant of peace will not be
shaken,” Says the L ORD who has compassion on you.

“What Will He Find When He comes?”
Greet People
What a lovely name, the name of Jesus. What a promise
of love and grace. A promise of forgiveness, spiritual
healing, revelation and eternal life. All of this and more
define the life that Christ has offered to us by faith in
Him. Eternal life!!!
Never hungry because He will be our sustenance. Never
thirsty for when you drink of Him you will never thirst.
Never sad for happy are the people whose God is the
Lord. No turmoil or confinement for He is our peace,
He has broken down every wall.
I believe there is a Divine purpose for every living soul.
It’s degree of influence is in the plan of God. Small does
not mean insignificant. God calls and equips according
to the purpose He has defined for our lives.
If you fulfill your destiny by reaching one you have
accomplished the same as one whose destiny would
reach millions. You have obeyed the Lord!!!Page 2
I want to share some thoughts today titled, “What Will
He Find When He comes?”
In Job the 42 nd chapter He had neared the end of the
great tragedy he had dealt with. Yet throughout the
process he had questioned God, received bad council,
and expressed His lack of understanding. I want to read
you the 1 st 6 verses from the Message to begin our
journey of destiny today.
Job 42:1-6 Message
1 Job answered God.
2 “I’m convinced: You can do anything and everything.
Nothing and no one can upset your plans.
3 You asked, ‘Who is this muddying the water,
ignorantly confusing the issue, second-guessing my
purposes?’ I admit it. I was the one. I babbled on about
things far beyond me, made small talk about wonders
way over my head.
Preach This Verse
4 You told me, ‘Listen, and let me do the talking. Let me
ask the questions. You give the answers.’
5 I admit I once lived by rumors of you; now I have it
all firsthand—from my own eyes and ears!
6 I’m sorry—forgive me. I’ll never do that again, I
promise! I’ll never again live on crusts of hearsay,
crumbs of rumor.”
Preach listening to what sounds pleasing to the earsPage 3
Job is describing reactions that he had about God and
the things he was dealing with. Many of us are guilty of
one or more of the mistakes he made. Myself included.
“Ever second guessed God. Griped about things you
didn’t like. Listened to everyone else and their take on
your circumstances. Their belief and their theology.
Disregarding the word and the promises of God.”
Preach-Guilty
When you come clean and admit Job gave us the
example of what to do. “I’m sorry—forgive me. I’ll
never do that again, I promise! I’ll never again live on
crusts of hearsay, crumbs of rumor.”
Preach who you let speak into your life.
The Father by the destiny of Christ has given us the
responsibility to know His will for our lives.
Romans 12:1-2 NASB
1 Therefore I urge you, brethren, by the mercies of God,
to present your bodies a living and holy sacrifice,
acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service of
worship.
2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be
transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you
may prove what the will of God is, that which is good
and acceptable and perfect.Page 4
Let me read verse 2 a couple of different ways.
NLT
Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but
let God transform you into a new person by changing
the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s
will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect.
Message
Don’t become so well-adjusted to your culture that you
fit into it without even thinking. Instead, fix your
attention on God. You’ll be changed from the inside out.
Readily recognize what he wants from you, and quickly
respond to it. Unlike the culture around you, always
dragging you down to its level of immaturity, God
brings the best out of you, develops well-formed
maturity in you.
The word world from the Greek has a very interesting
meaning. The word ahee-ohn’ means, “for ever, an
unbroken age, perpetuity of time, eternity”
Our word eon probably came from this word. The word
eon in astronomy means a unit of time equal to a billion
years.
You are wondering where this is going.Page 5
The story of Job, Romans 12:1-2 are in this amazing
collection of divinely inspired writings for this reason.
For the last several thousand years. Should Christ tarry
another several thousand years, and so on and so on.
These words are here to remind every generation that
the ability to obtain maturity in God is directly related to
how long you remain immature.
Preach-There is always going to be stuff.—- “The best
way to deal with it is pray.”
Here is an example.
Luke 18:1-8 NASB
1 Now He was telling them a parable to show that at all
times they ought to pray and not to lose heart,
2 saying, “In a certain city there was a judge who did
not fear God and did not respect man.
3 There was a widow in that city, and she kept coming
to him, saying, ‘Give me legal protection from my
opponent.’
4 For a while he was unwilling; but afterward he said to
himself, ‘Even though I do not fear God nor respect
man,Page 6
5 yet because this widow bothers me, I will give her
legal protection, otherwise by continually coming she
will wear me out.’”
6 And the Lord said, “Hear what the unrighteous judge
said;
7 now, will not God bring about justice for His elect
who cry to Him day and night, and will He delay long
over them?
8 I tell you that He will bring about justice for them
quickly. However, “when the Son of Man comes, will
He find faith on the earth?”
The last part of verse 8 is written in red. Signifying
these are the words of Jesus. It is one of the saddest
questions asked in the Bible.
“when the Son of Man comes, will He find faith on the
earth?”
AMP
“when the Son of Man comes, will He find this kind of
persistent faith on the earth?”
Preach Preach-What will He find when He comes?

I love the Lord. I am so thankful for His amazing grace and His unconditional love. Unlike many in the
American church today I see fields awaiting harvest. The only thing lacking is being watered with the story
of Jesus. It is the life giving ingredient that will activate hunger and hope in every soul that is looking for
purpose. Last week I talked about the destiny of the church. Our role as a collective. A local body and a global collective of churches throughout the world. The destiny of the church is generally the same whether it be in America or in foreign lands. Tell the story of Jesus. Reveal Him to a dying people. Help them find their path of destiny all the while teaching and strengthening them with the Word and the Love of God. Care for the poor, and financial support of the ministry and the church.
Page 2
Obviously we can get a lot more specific but these things are pretty well the foundation for the church and it’s reach into the world. Today I want to share some things about personal destiny. Let me establish this from the beginning. I Believe that everyone has a purpose. Yours may be small and seem insignificant but it isn’t. Every purpose is like a stone in the wall of a building. The building won’t look right nor be as strong if a stone is left out. If you have never really understood destiny and what God’s plan for you is let me state this emphatically. You are never too young nor too old to begin your journey of destiny. Even if you knew your purpose but have not walked it out for a while. You can pick back up where you left off when you are ready. “Jonah is a perfect
example.” I want to share some thoughts with you today titled, “Destined for Excellence” I will begin by sharing our example for walking out our destiny.
Page 3
Hebrews 12:1-2 NASB
1 Therefore, since we have so great a cloud of witnesses surrounding us, let us also lay aside every encumbrance and the sin which so easily entangles us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us,
2 fixing our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross,
despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
Verse 2 Amplified
looking away from all that will distract us and focusing our eyes on Jesus, who is the Author and Perfecter of
faith the first incentive for our belief and the One who brings our faith to maturity, who for the joy of
accomplishing the goal set before Him endured the cross, disregarding the shame, and sat down at the right
hand of the throne of God revealing His deity, His authority, and the completion of His work. I have to get back to this in a little bit. Sometimes an event will activate your path to destiny. Circumstances that God allowed can often create within you the very dream and purpose that God had designed from the beginning.
Page 4
Nehemiah 1:1-4 NASB
1 The words of Nehemiah the son of Hacaliah. Now it happened in the month Chislev, in the twentieth year, while I was in Susa the capitol,
2 that Hanani, one of my brothers, and some men from Judah came; and I asked them concerning the Jews who had escaped and had survived the captivity, and about Jerusalem.
3 They said to me, “The remnant there in the province who survived the captivity are in great distress and reproach, and the wall of Jerusalem is broken down and its gates are burned with fire.”
4 When I heard these words, I sat down and wept and mourned for days; and I was fasting and praying before the God of heaven. His brokenness created within him a vision of restoration. Nehemiah was in captivity but the favor of God was upon him. He devised a plan and was given the means and the leave to go and rebuild His homeland and
the temple. Preach, “All too often we look at tragic circumstances as the end. We should look at them as the beginning.” Preach Preach
Page 5
Destiny is moving forward.
Philippians 3:13 NLT
No, dear brothers and sisters, I have not achieved it, but I focus on this one thing: Forgetting the past and looking forward to what lies ahead.
Preach-Forget your mistakes, delays, failures, all of your poor me’s. Look forward. Your destiny is not behind you it is in front of you. Fulfilling your purpose will take determination. I mentioned that I would come back to Hebrews 12:2 so let me read it again.
Hebrews 12:2 Amplified
looking away from all that will distract us and focusing our eyes on Jesus, who is the Author and Perfecter of faith the first incentive for our belief and the One who brings our faith to maturity, who for the joy of accomplishing the goal set before Him endured the cross, disregarding the shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God revealing His deity, His authority, and the completion of His work.
In Luke I read a passage that greatly interested me.
Page 6
Luke 9:51 NASB
When the days were approaching for His ascension, He was determined to go to Jerusalem.
Amplified
Now when the time was approaching for Him to be taken up to heaven, He was determined to go to Jerusalem to fulfill His purpose.
He wasn’t looking at the process, He was fastened on His destiny. His persecution was the process. Returning to the right hand of the Father a perfect ascended sacrifice for the sins of all mankind was His finished work. His destiny.
What are you focused on? Preach process and destiny.

“Jesus In Disguise”
Greet People
I am so excited about God, Jesus, The Holy Spirit, and
the Living Word that breathes life into our souls when
we consider it each week. My prayer is that you read
some of it every day, even if it is random in place and
just a few verses. It is spiritual nutrition and seed that
will grow into faith.
I write passages and thoughts down almost every day.
Sometimes they sit for months or longer before I either
continue to keep the notes, discard them, or use them in
a message.
When I read some again this week it seemed to be time
for one and I wrote down this for a title. “Jesus In
Disguise”
I usually don’t read as many verses for times sake that I
will today so bear with me as I quickly share them.
Read Luke 24 in entirety when you get a chance.Page 2
Luke 24:13-24 NASB
13 And behold, two of them were going that very day to
a village named Emmaus, which was about seven miles
from Jerusalem.
14 And they were talking with each other about all these
things which had taken place.
15 While they were talking and discussing, Jesus
Himself approached and began traveling with them.
16 But their eyes were prevented from recognizing Him.
17 And He said to them, “What are these words that you
are exchanging with one another as you are walking?”
And they stood still, looking sad.
18 One of them, named Cleopas, answered and said to
Him, “Are You the only one visiting Jerusalem and
unaware of the things which have happened here in
these days?”
19 And He said to them, “What things?” And they said
to Him, “The things about Jesus the Nazarene, who was
a prophet mighty in deed and word in the sight of God
and all the people,
20 and how the chief priests and our rulers delivered
Him to the sentence of death, and crucified Him.
21 But we were hoping that it was He who was going to
redeem Israel. Indeed, besides all this, it is the third day
since these things happened.Page 3
22 But also some women among us amazed us. When
they were at the tomb early in the morning,
23 and did not find His body, they came, saying that
they had also seen a vision of angels who said that He
was alive.
24 Some of those who were with us went to the tomb
and found it just exactly as the women also had said; but
Him they did not see.”
If you read the verses above these you find that these
people had a knowledge of who Jesus was, His
disciples, and were followers of Him at some level.
They knew what He looked like, sounded like, and yet
they still did not know Him. Verse 16 interested me.
“But their eyes were prevented from recognizing Him.”
The word prevented seemed clear but it has a interesting
meaning. The Greek word translated was, Krat-eh’-0,
and it means to have power, to be master of, to hold, to
continue to hold, and restrain. It comes from the root
word, Krat’-os, which means, force, strength, and
dominion.
These words all add up to this. There was a time when
we could only see Him when He wanted us to. See
meaning, to understand who He was. Dominion.Page 4
After the resurrection, ascension, and Acts the 2nd
chapter we have been given the responsibility and
authority to know Him and what He looks like.
John 14:26 NASB
But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will
send in My name, He will teach you all things, and
bring to your remembrance all that I said to you.
Preach Dominion
You will see an early version of this in,
Luke 24:30-31 NASB
30 When He had reclined at the table with them, He
took the bread and blessed it, and breaking it, He began
giving it to them.
31 Then their eyes were opened and they recognized
Him; and He vanished from their sight.
You will find other examples in John
20 and John 21.
A common experience or the experience that someone
else had shared opened their eyes to who He was. They
recognized him.

35 For I was hungry, and you gave Me something to eat; I was
thirsty, and you gave Me something to drink; I was a stranger,
and you invited Me in;
36 naked, and you clothed Me; I was sick, and you visited
Me; I was in prison, and you came to Me.’
37 Then the righteous will answer Him, ‘Lord, when did we
see You hungry, and feed You, or thirsty, and give You
something to drink?
38 And when did we see You a stranger, and invite You in, or
naked, and clothe You?
39 When did we see You sick, or in prison, and come to You?’
40 The King will answer and say to them, ‘Truly I say to you,
to the extent that you did it to one of these brothers of Mine,
even the least of them, you did it to Me.’Page 6

10 ‘Your kingdom come. Your will be done, On earth as
it is in heaven.
11 ‘Give us this day our daily bread.
12 ‘And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven
our debtors.
13 ‘And do not lead us into temptation, but deliver us
from evil. [For Yours is the kingdom and the power and
the glory forever. Amen.’]
I want to share some thoughts today titled, “The
Unified Purpose”
My theme will be destiny for a couple of weeks,
personal and corporate. It is my sincere belief that
before we can begin to acknowledge our personal
destiny we must align ourselves with His destiny for the
church. Although we each have an individual purpose it
is designed by God to fit into His plan for His church.
The proverbs give us a couple of ideas to reach for in
our quest for destiny.Page 3
Proverbs 16:3 NASB
Commit your works to the L ORD And your plans will be
established.—–Explain
Proverbs 15:22 NASB
Without consultation, plans are frustrated, But with
many counselors they succeed.—–Explain
A passage from The Apostle Paul to the Ephesians will
begin our journey towards destiny as He tells us the
importance of connecting your destiny to the church.
Ephesians 3:8-12 NASB
8 To me, the very least of all saints, this grace was
given, to preach to the Gentiles the unfathomable riches
of Christ,
9 and to bring to light what is the administration of the
mystery which for ages has been hidden in God who
created all things;
10 so that the manifold wisdom of God might now be
made known through the church to the rulers and the
authorities in the heavenly places.
11 This was in accordance with the eternal purpose
which He carried out in Christ Jesus our Lord,
12 in whom we have boldness and confident access
through faith in Him.Page 4
Preach- “The role of the church is to bring
understanding of the Gospel to the Heavenly realm
and the unfallen angels.”
God called His church to educate the angels in heaven
about His grace. How, “By example.”
Hebrews 2:16 NLT says, “We also know that the Son
did not come to help angels; he came to help the
descendants of Abraham.”
Our Kingdom Authority reaches beyond what we can
see. Our destiny is bigger than you can imagine.
Corporately as a church, a body of Christ, and globally
the church of our Lord Jesus Christ is the single most
powerful institution the world has ever known.
It must be driven forward with compassion and love for
people and for God. It is not about creating boxes that
confine His purpose, it is about setting people free.
“Your kingdom come. Your will be done, On earth as it
is in heaven.”
Preach-It is the destiny of the church!!!!Page 5
Hebrews 6:16-18 NASB
16 For men swear by one greater than themselves, and
with them an oath given as confirmation is an end of
every dispute.
17 In the same way God, desiring even more to show to
the heirs of the promise the unchangeableness of His
purpose, interposed with an oath,
18 so that by two unchangeable things in which it is
impossible for God to lie, we who have taken refuge
would have strong encouragement to take hold of the
hope set before us.
Verse 18 AMPC
This was so that, by two unchangeable things His
promise and His oath in which it is impossible for God
ever to prove false or deceive us, we who have fled to
Him for refuge might have mighty indwelling strength
and strong encouragement to grasp and hold fast the
hope appointed for us and set before us.
Preach Jesus
The body of Christ has been set apart in the world with
an unmistakably clear destiny. We have been called to
represent Jesus to the world, encourage one another in
our journey. Proclaiming freedom and individual
purpose to everyone we can.Page 6
The global Body of Christ is represented by many
members and each one has a distinctive purpose to
fulfill.
1 Peter 2:9-10 NASB
9 But you are A CHOSEN RACE , A royal PRIESTHOOD , A
HOLY NATION , A PEOPLE FOR God’s OWN POSSESSION , so
that you may proclaim the excellencies of Him who has
called you out of darkness into His marvelous light;
10 for you once were NOT A PEOPLE , but now you are
THE PEOPLE OF G OD ; you had NOT RECEIVED MERCY ,
but now you have RECEIVED MERCY .
Message
9-10 But you are the ones chosen by God, chosen for
the high calling of priestly work, chosen to be a holy
people, God’s instruments to do his work and speak out
for him, to tell others of the night-and-day difference he
made for you—from nothing to something, from
rejected to accepted.
Preach—-Your destiny begins with the story of Jesus.
To Him Who Is Able

“To Him Who Is Able”
Greet People
I pray your week has been filled with His mercy and
grace. God is ever present in your life to move you
forward in your destiny.
This week for me has been one of reflection. It happens
from time to time as I think on God and His amazing
plans for my family and this church. By the way you are
all family to Betty and I. We pray for you daily and
contend in the spirit for blessings for all of you. God is
big in this house and with that comes a big
responsibility.
We must hear, obey, love, and forgive. We must pray,
and we must praise as we live for Him each day.
Holy Father has led me to some passages that will
encourage us to do several things. Praise Him. Live for
Him, and tell the story of Jesus.
Bear with me as I share some thoughts titled, “To Him
Who Is Able”Page 2
Psalm 145 is an amazing song of praise that was written
by David. Read it in entirety when you can. There are
some relevant passages to the last few weeks messages
that I want to share.
Psalms 145:8-13 NASB
8 The LORD is gracious and merciful; Slow to anger and
great in loving kindness.
9 The LORD is good to all, And His mercies are over all
His works.
10 All Your works shall give thanks to You, O LORD ,
And Your godly ones shall bless You.
11 They shall speak of the glory of Your kingdom And
talk of Your power;
12 To make known to the sons of men Your mighty acts
And the glory of the majesty of Your kingdom.
13 Your kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, And Your
dominion endures throughout all generations.
These are amazing words of God’s favor and grace for
His people. As Jesus said if you don’t believe me for my
words, believe me for the works I do. God’s works, His
answer to prayers has always brought honor to Him and
caused people to believe in Him.
Verses 12-13 are relevant to the last several weeks
messages.Page 3
Psalms 145:12-13 NLT
12 They will tell about your mighty deeds and about the
majesty and glory of your reign.
13 For your kingdom is an everlasting kingdom. You
rule throughout all generations. The L ORD always keeps
his promises; he is gracious in all he does.
Hear these words and understand the power in the
words you speak giving God glory for the things He has
done. The world will see the difference.
The book of Jude is a very interesting book in the New
Testament. It is believed to have been written approx.
68 AD by the brother of Jesus and another brother called
James the Just. Portions have been misinterpreted over
the years and I will explain that in a moment.
The heart of Jude is the church and the pure doctrine
that the Apostles had preached and the church was built
upon. Who Jesus was and the things He had done. The
message of Jude was a warning against apostates,
people within the church who reject authority, and
change the message to fit their personal agendas.
Read it when you can it is only 25 verses.Page 4
These passages interest me for today.
Jude 1:17-25 NASB
17 But you, beloved, ought to remember the words that
were spoken beforehand by the apostles of our Lord
Jesus Christ,
18 that they were saying to you, “In the last time there
will be mockers, following after their own ungodly
lusts.” Preach Misinterpretation
19 These are the ones who cause divisions, worldly-
minded, devoid of the Spirit.
20 But you, beloved, building yourselves up on your
most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit,
21 keep yourselves in the love of God, waiting
anxiously for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to
eternal life.
22 And have mercy on some, who are doubting;
23 save others, snatching them out of the fire; and on
some have mercy with fear, hating even the garment
polluted by the flesh.
24 Now to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling,
and to make you stand in the presence of His glory
blameless with great joy,
25 to the only God our Savior, through Jesus Christ our
Lord, be glory, majesty, dominion and authority, before
all time and now and forever. Amen.Page 5
These passages and many others have reinforced my
drive to preach and teach the dominion and authority of
the church. It is with the supernatural presence of God
that we will bring glory to God.
It is a divine, supernatural event when God creates
within someone the new creature. The person He
transfers all this kingdom authority to. It is with great
humility, yet a strong resolve that I along with others.
Many of you I pray, will move forward in His anointing.
Releasing the Holy Spirit to move in our lives and our
world.
With all of this said God brought me back to prayer. I
want to share this before I close.
“Preach Job and the patriarchal season. And His
testing”
I found these verses interesting.
Job 13:14-16 NASB
14 “Why should I take my flesh in my teeth And put my
life in my hands?
15 “Though He slay me, I will hope in Him.
Nevertheless I will argue my ways before Him.
16 “This also will be my salvation, For a godless man
may not come before His presence. PreachPage 6
According to time line information the book of Job was
written before 2100BC. Hebrews was written in 68AD.
Over 2168 years after Job this was written.
Hebrews 4:14-16 NASB
14 Therefore, since we have a great high priest who has
passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us
hold fast our confession.
15 For we do not have a high priest who cannot
sympathize with our weaknesses, but One who has been
tempted in all things as we are, yet without sin.
16 Therefore let us draw near with confidence to the
throne of grace, so that we may receive mercy and find
grace to help in time of need.
In verse 16 that word confidence or boldly is translated
from a Greek word which means, “freedom in
speaking, openly, frankly. Without ambiguity, free and
fearless confidence.”
He is our High Priest and our only hope.

The Lord Is The Maker Of Them All

Proverbs 22:2 NASB
“The rich and the poor have a common bond,
The L ORD is the maker of them all.”
Greet People
It seems the roller coaster has continued for another
week. Actually I never tire of God and His awesome
purpose. Even when Betty and I are called to do a home
going service it is an honor to serve others and do the
work of the Lord.
I am continually humbled that God could speak words
of hope and love through such a flawed vessel. His
grace and mercy have always been my source for the
hearts of those whom God puts in my path.
I love Him so much. My mission always is to help
someone who feels unloved and flawed beyond use,
know that God loves them with a passionate love.
He is not mad at you. He is patiently waiting to embrace
you with His arms of love and grace.Page 2
I want to share some thoughts today that I have titled
with a scripture. Proverbs 22:2. “The rich and the poor
have a common bond, The L ORD is the maker of them
all.”
This message came to me late in the week. Someone
must have prayed for me so that God’s word for the day
would get through. Before I get into the message I want
to share a paragraph from a very old writing by St John
Climacus. He was a Syrian Monk born in Syria around
579 and He died in March 649. He died on Mt Sinai.
Little is known about him except for this book or
training manual if you will, titled, “The Ladder of
Divine Ascent.” On the 1 st page there is a paragraph I
found very poetic and it is in agreement with the title of
my message.
“God belongs to all free beings. He is the life of all,
the salvation of all—faithful and unfaithful, just
and unjust, pious and impious, passionate and
dispassionate, monks and seculars, wise and simple,
healthy and sick, young and old—just as the diffusion
of light, the sight of the sun, and the changes of
the weather are for all alike; ‘for there is no respect of
persons with God’.”Page 3
1 Peter 1:17-21 NASB
17 If you address as Father the One who impartially
judges according to each one’s work, conduct
yourselves in fear during the time of your stay on earth;
18 knowing that you were not redeemed with perishable
things like silver or gold from your futile way of life
inherited from your forefathers,
V18-Message
“It cost God plenty to get you out of that dead-end,
empty-headed life you grew up in.”
19 but with precious blood, as of a lamb unblemished
and spotless, the blood of Christ.
20 For He was foreknown before the foundation of the
world, but has appeared in these last times for the sake
of you
21 who through Him are believers in God, who raised
Him from the dead and gave Him glory, so that your
faith and hope are in God.
After I read these scriptures the word reboot came to
mind. The Writers of the New Testament were often
reminding people of where they came from and who
brought them out.
“I asked myself why?Page 4
Reboot is generally used as a computer term that means
turning the computer off and then on. In doing this the
system fixes things. It uploads new versions of software
installed on the system It will also update the operating
system of the computer.
I suspect the scriptures I read and the word reboot speak
to our relationship with Christ.
Preach-Sometimes we grow cold-satisfied-
discouraged.——We look beyond our relationship
with Christ and try to find contentment in people,
places, and things.
The Apostles reminded people then, and by extension us
today. That who we are and what we have is all because
of Jesus.
Isaiah 64 is a prayer for mercy and help. In verse 8 the
prophet reminded God of their relationship.
Isaiah 64:8 NASB
But now, O L ORD , You are our Father, We are the clay,
and You our potter; And all of us are the work of Your
hand.Page 5
Preach the work of His hand-Job Said in 34:19 “Who
shows no partiality to princes Nor regards the rich
above the poor, For they all are the work of His
hands?”
All of this brought me to this somewhat familiar
passage.
Jeremiah 18:1-4 NASB
1 The word which came to Jeremiah from the L ORD
saying,
2 “Arise and go down to the potter’s house, and there I
will announce My words to you.”
3 Then I went down to the potter’s house, and there he
was, making something on the wheel.
4 But the vessel that he was making of clay was spoiled
in the hand of the potter; so he remade it into another
vessel, as it pleased the potter to make.
Jeremiah 18:4 Message
Whenever the pot the potter was working on turned out
badly, as sometimes happens when you are working
with clay, the potter would simply start over and use
the same clay to make another pot.
Preach-Same ClayPage 6
What an awesome thought. God can make us over and
over again. Using the same flawed clay and makes it
fresh and new. A vessel that will hold His presence,
formed in His will by hands of love.
A vessel that will honor Him. A vessel with a destiny
that is exceptional to each vessel He has formed.
A destiny that only you can fulfill.
There are those here today who need a reboot. Maybe
another turn on the Potters wheel. Preach
We Are Witnesses

“We Are Witnesses”
Greet people
So much comes to my heart each week that I have to
sift the things that I believe that God would have me
share. When I am praying for something real, something
authentic, and something relevant, I always find myself
looking at the story of Jesus. It is fascinating to me how
He was interwoven into every book of the Bible. Types
and shadows of Him are found throughout, from
Genesis to Revelation. I absolutely love this stuff.
I want to begin today in the book of Acts and I want to
make this statement as I do. “The heart and soul, the
constant theme of the book of Acts is the story of Jesus.
Who He is and what He did.”
“If the church was built on that message it obviously
should be maintained, strengthened, and increased by
that message.”
Bear with me as I share some thoughts titled, “We Are
Witnesses”Page 2
Acts 10 tells the story of Peter being called to the house
of Cornelius. There Peter preached this message.
Acts 10:38-43 NASB
38 You know of Jesus of Nazareth, how God anointed
Him with the Holy Spirit and with power, and how He
went about doing good and healing all who were
oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him.
39 We are witnesses of all the things He did both in the
land of the Jews and in Jerusalem. They also put Him to
death by hanging Him on a cross.
40 God raised Him up on the third day and granted that
He become visible,
41 not to all the people, but to witnesses who were
chosen beforehand by God, that is, to us who ate and
drank with Him after He arose from the dead.
42 And He ordered us to preach to the people, and
solemnly to testify that this is the One who has been
appointed by God as Judge of the living and the dead.
43 Of Him all the prophets bear witness that through
His name everyone who believes in Him receives
forgiveness of sins.”
Preach
Biblical power and Kingdom authority will be
accomplished by the telling of the story of JesusPage 3
Acts 10:44 NASB
While Peter was still speaking these words, the Holy
Spirit fell upon all those who were listening to the
message.
WOW Preach Again
If you remember a few weeks ago I mentioned a prayer
that I used to teach youth. We prayed it a few times.
Ephesians 1:17-23 NASB
17 that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory,
may give to you a spirit of wisdom and of revelation in the
knowledge of Him.
18 I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened, so
that you will know what is the hope of His calling, what are
the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints,
19 and what is the surpassing greatness of His power toward
us who believe. These are in accordance with the working of
the strength of His might
20 which He brought about in Christ, when He raised Him
from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the
heavenly places,
21 far above all rule and authority and power and dominion,
and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in
the one to come.
22 And He put all things in subjection under His feet, and
gave Him as head over all things to the church,
23 which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all.Page 4
The Bible gives us a clear representation of Christ and
His Finished Work. From birth to death and then
resurrection we have been clearly taught who He was,
What He did, and what He provided for those who
follow Him.
Preach My Heart-Have we grown complacent?
Have we shrouded His Majesty with words that have
no power? If so, How do we get it back?
(Tell The Story of Jesus)
I Peter 5:6-11 NASB
6 Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand
of God, that He may exalt you at the proper time,
7 casting all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for
you.
8 Be of sober spirit, be on the alert. Your adversary, the
devil, prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking
someone to devour.
9 But resist him, firm in your faith, knowing that the
same experiences of suffering are being accomplished
by your brethren who are in the world.
10 After you have suffered for a little while, the God of
all grace, who called you to His eternal glory in Christ,
will Himself perfect, confirm, strengthen and establish
you.
11 To Him be dominion forever and ever. Amen.Page 5
1 Peter 5:9-10 Amplified
9 Withstand him; be firm in faith [against his onset—
rooted, established, strong, immovable, and
determined], knowing that the same (identical)
sufferings are appointed to your brotherhood (the whole
body of Christians) throughout the world.
10 And after you have suffered a little while, the God of
all grace [Who imparts all blessing and favor], Who has
called you to His [own] eternal glory in Christ Jesus,
will Himself complete and make you what you ought to
be, establish and ground you securely, and strengthen,
and settle you.
Share false teachings on suffering from the passage.
Sufferings translated means, an affliction, an enduring,
and undergoing. In verse 10 suffered means, to be
affected, have been affected, to undergo in a good
sense.
Remember these verses are in response to verse 8.
1 Peter 5:8 Amplified
8 Be well balanced (temperate, sober of mind), be
vigilant and cautious at all times; for that enemy of
yours, the devil, roams around like a lion roaring [in
fierce hunger], seeking someone to seize upon and
devour.Page 6
Listen carefully to this.
In the context of these verses they are speaking of the
afflictions that Christians undergo on behalf of the cause
of Christ.
Christ experienced this same inward suffering when His
flesh was tempted in the wilderness and in the Garden
when He cried out to the Father.
The devil is constantly trying to confuse and hinder
your walk with Christ. He is fearful that you will come
to understand the Finished Work of Christ on the cross
and become the overcomer Christ died for you to be.
Everything that happens in your life can be an
amazing testimony of who Jesus is and what He has
done.
Preach Verse 10
“And after you have suffered a little while, the God of
all grace [Who imparts all blessing and favor], Who
has called you to His [own] eternal glory in Christ
Jesus, will Himself complete and make you what you
ought to be, establish and ground you securely, and
strengthen, and settle you.”
When You Have Turned Again

“When You Have Turned Again”
Greet People
It has been an amazing week. God has blessed
abundantly with His presence and peace. I love the Lord
more each and every day. His words have moved me
and strengthened me.
We are living in amazing times. Times of refreshing and
revelation. Do your best to avoid the gloom and doom
people who will only bring confusion and fear to your
life. Align yourself with people who understand the
greatness of God and His ability to bring change to the
world.
We are His hands and feet as we move forward always
in His purpose for our lives. Even if you are not sure of
your personal destiny. You can be sure of the destiny of
the church and each individual member. “Love God
with all your heart, love your neighbor as yourself,
and tell everyone you can the story of Jesus. His life,
death, and resurrection.”Page 2
After a lot of thought this week I want to share a word
titled, “When You Have Turned Again”
Daniel 9:1-6 NASB
1 In the first year of Darius the son of Ahasuerus, of
Median descent, who was made king over the kingdom
of the Chaldeans—
2 in the first year of his reign, I, Daniel, observed in the
books the number of the years which was revealed as
the word of the L ORD to Jeremiah the prophet for the
completion of the desolations of Jerusalem, namely,
seventy years.
3 So I gave my attention to the Lord God to seek Him
by prayer and supplications, with fasting, sackcloth and
ashes.
4 I prayed to the L ORD my God and confessed and said,
“Alas, O Lord, the great and awesome God, who keeps
His covenant and loving kindness for those who love
Him and keep His commandments,
5 we have sinned, committed iniquity, acted wickedly
and rebelled, even turning aside from Your
commandments and ordinances.
6 Moreover, we have not listened to Your servants the
prophets, who spoke in Your name to our kings, our
princes, our fathers and all the people of the land.Page 3
There are some amazing things going on in these 6
verses. In the 1 st two verse we find Daniel in captivity
and looking for revelation from the scriptures. He most
likely read these passage form Jeremiah.
Jeremiah 25:11-12 NASB
11 This whole land will be a desolation and a horror,
and these nations will serve the king of Babylon seventy
years.
12 ‘Then it will be when seventy years are completed I
will punish the king of Babylon and that nation,’
declares the L ORD , ‘for their iniquity, and the land of the
Chaldeans; and I will make it an everlasting desolation.
The next 4 verses are awesome. They would be a great
pattern for us all to follow as we pray.
“Verse 3 Daniel approached God with his full attention
and with great humility. In verse 4 Daniel began to
declare the glory and the righteousness of God. While
verse 5 and 6 find him repenting for himself and for his
people.”
Preach-He prayed in the midst of his circumstances
He didn’t pray a selfish prayer. He prayed for his people
and reminded God that He keeps His word.Page 4
A lot of things take place for the rest of chapter 9 and
the beginning of chapter 10. Read it when you can.
Gabriel shows up with a vision of things to come.
Granting Daniel revelation. Then we find this in answer
to Daniel’s prayers.
Daniel 10:10-13 NASB
10 Then behold, a hand touched me and set me
trembling on my hands and knees.
11 He said to me, “O Daniel, man of high esteem,
understand the words that I am about to tell you and
stand upright, for I have now been sent to you.” And
when he had spoken this word to me, I stood up
trembling.
12 Then he said to me, “Do not be afraid, Daniel, for
from the first day that you set your heart on
understanding this and on humbling yourself before
your God, your words were heard, and I have come in
response to your words.
13 But the prince of the kingdom of Persia was
withstanding me for twenty-one days; then behold,
Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me, for I
had been left there with the kings of Persia.
Now most likely this prince of the kingdom of Persia
and the kings of Persia were fallen angels.Page 5
A demonic presence sent to obstruct the answer to
Daniel’s prayer. They most likely had some authority or
influence over the physical kingdom of Persia. Hence
they were dispatched to stop the answer. The reason
being, “the answer involved the overthrow of the
Persian Empire.”
His prayer was hindered but still answered. The enemy
withstood the answer for 21 days. How did the answer
make it through. “Daniel had laid before the Lord for
those 21 days.”
Daniel 10:2 NASB
In those days, I, Daniel, had been mourning for three
entire weeks.
Paul warned us through His letters to the Ephesians
about the same forces of darkness that hinder today.
Ephesians 2:2 AMP
in which you once walked. You were following the
ways of this world influenced by this present age, in
accordance with the prince of the power of the air Satan,
the spirit who is now at work in the disobedient the
unbelieving, who fight against the purposes of God.Page 6
Ephesians 6:12 AMP
For our struggle is not against flesh and blood
contending only with physical opponents, but against
the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces
of this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of
wickedness in the heavenly supernatural places.
Preach-Do you think your prayers can be hindered
today?
Of course they can because the answer to
your prayers will effect the kingdom of darkness. Why
do you think sometimes things get worse before they
get better.
The enemy is fighting your answer and you must
remain faithful to pray for the answer to get through.
Luke 22:31-32 NASB
31 “Simon, Simon, behold, Satan has demanded
permission to sift you like wheat;
32 but I have prayed for you, that your faith may not
fail; and you, when once you have turned again,
strengthen your brothers.”
Satan still seeks to cause you to fail. When you have
turned again, strengthen someone.
Preach-Preach-Preach “Not about perfection, it’s
about prayer.
